For Sale By Owner

Before we move on to the next tip lets review the first two:

Tip #1 Know your sales price: in tip one we discuss the importance of making sure you are setting the right price for your home and knowing what your bottom line number is. It is also important to factor in how much you plan on spending on marketing your home and not to exceed the amount that you are able to spend for marketing your own house.

Tip #2 Exterior Appeal: In this tip went reviewed a few of the areas where people sometimes forget to improve on before they place their home on the market. Many people will choose to veiw your house based on the exterior upkeep. They also base the offer price on the exterior of the home, almost as often as the interior of the home. You will find that there are many people that are willing to remodel the inside of a home before they would budge on a new roof, siding, etc.

Please see my earlier post for more information on these topics and more.
My next post will be Tip #3 Interior Appeal followed by Quick and inexpense Marketing Ideas for Selling on your own or even with the help of an agent.
